Information on Our Website

Sheque is committed to providing current and accurate information on our Website, email, chat, and telephone communications. Despite our efforts to ensure accuracy, occasionally in rare circumstances, the data, including prices, availability, and shipping charges may be inaccurately displayed on our Website due to system, typographical errors or omissions. Inadvertent errors or inaccuracies are not binding on Sheque and may be adjusted or modified at any time. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur. If an order is placed with a lower product’s listed price than the actual price, Sheque will, at its discretion, either advise the customer before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify the customer of such cancellation. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

The Product information, descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for general reference purpose only. Product images displayed on the Website may appear larger or smaller than their actual size. Considering the photography, difference in device display and computer monitor setting, the color, tone and dimensions may slightly vary. Further, in compliance with industry standards and regulations, total carat weight as stated may vary as per permissible tolerance and gemstone and pearl measurements may vary by up to 0.25mm from the stated figures. For products set with multiple diamonds, the minimum total carat weight for the piece is provided, the color and clarity grades are expressed as either a minimum or an average depending on the number of diamonds in the product. Where grades stated as a minimum, each diamond within the product meets or exceeds the specified quality. Where grades expressed as an average, collectively the quality of diamond is equal to or exceeds the grade stated.

The product details, description, prices may change without prior notice. Additional taxes, duties, shipping, and charges as applicable are payable by the Customer. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors, including after an order has been submitted, and to cancel or adjust any order affected by such an error, in which case your sole remedy will be a refund of amounts paid for the affected item.

All Products are subject to availability, and inventory is indicative only. We may limit, substitute, discontinue, or modify stock as required. To help maintain fair access to limited inventory and control costs, we do not permit comparison purchasing (ordering multiple similar items with the intent of keeping one and returning the rest); please contact our Customer Services team at services@shequeworld.com for guidance in choosing between options instead.

Our Service may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of our Service at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our Service.

Information regarding the origin of natural diamonds, gemstones and any other product attributes provided on the website or through any other communication is based upon information provided by the suppliers and the Company’s sourcing protocols. While the Company undertakes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of such information, there can be no guarantee, or warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. All implied representations, warranties and conditions relating to origin of diamond, gemstone are hereby disclaimed where applicable.

Social Media User Content

Where Sheque requests your permission to use and feature content on our Site, social channels, or in promotional materials that you have posted on your social media. The social media user content consisting of photos, text, graphics, audio, video, comments and other materials from social media platform, in connection with Sheque’s business, product features, marketing, promotional, advertising and other consumer-related activities.

When you respond to such request for permission to use your social media user content, you are granting Sheque, its affiliates, licensees, sub-licensees, contractors, successors, legal representatives, assigns, and third-party service providers, and their respective retail partners, marketing or public relations agencies, and other affiliates (the “Licensed Parties”) a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully-paid, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable right to use your social media user content, together with your username, name, likeness, or other identifying information associated with the content, for marketing, advertising, promotional, business purposes and in any other manner across social media pages/ platforms/ webpages operated by the Licensed Parties. The Licensed Parties may use, display, reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works from, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit your social media user content in any manner in their sole discretion, with no obligation to you whatsoever.

You represent and warrant that you are solely responsible for your social media user content; you own or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to grant the foregoing licence; that the use of your social media content by the Licensed Parties as described herein will not violate the rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity, moral, proprietary or the rights of any third party or violate any applicable law; and such content is not libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, indecent, threatening, harassing, hateful, or offensive or otherwise unlawful.

The social media user content submitted by you shall be treated as non-confidential and may be processed in accordance with Sheque’s Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to remove or discontinue the use of any such social media user content at its discretion.

Product Reviews and User Content

The Service may allow you to submit post, reviews, ratings, comments, photographs, videos, testimonials or other user-generated content (“User Content”) on our website, social media accounts, or other areas of service. You are solely responsible for use of such Interactive Areas. You agree, represent and warrant that you own, control and have all necessary rights to such User Content, the User Content is accurate and not misleading and use and posting of the User Content you supply does not violate these Terms and will not violate any rights of or cause injury to any person or entity.

By submitting User Content through the Service or authorising Sheque to use content shared by you on social media, you grant Sheque a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, translate, create derivative works from, and otherwise display such User Content in connection with the operation, promotion, and marketing of the Service.

You agree not to submit User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing, discriminatory, or that contains malicious code or another person’s private information. Your use of the Sheque Interactive Areas is at your own risk, Sheque is not responsible and liable for any User Content posted, stored or uploaded by you or any third party, and for any loss or damage thereto. Additionally, Sheque reserves the right, and has absolute discretion, to remove, screen or edit any User Content posted or stored on our website at any time and for any reason without notice.

Any misuse of interactive features of the Service or violation of these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of your right to use the interactive Service and/or our website.
